It was my pleasure (Richard Senez) together with President Kelly Anne Reyes to present the Sandy Allen Scholarship, named for her more than nineteen years of dedicated service to the Club to Lana Caldwell.
This award recognizes a student who demonstrates dedication, resilience, and a strong commitment to community. Lana exemplifies these qualities through her inspiring return to school after many years, achieving excellent attendance and academic success.
She is deeply involved in her community through her volunteer work with Glenwood Elementary, where she supports the Parent and Caregiver Council and helps organize events that bring families together and support student access.
Lana plans to continue her academic journey this fall in the Educational Assistant internship program at Job Works.
